Simple Chocolate Banana Bread, with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
- 1 cup + 3/4 cups of self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup of milk of your choice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips of your choice (100gr - I used milk)
- 1/4 cup tahini (50gr - optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt
Method

Preheat oven to 180C.
- 2)
In a large bowl, whisk the wet ingredients then add the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated.

Transfer to a lined cake tin (or simply brush it with tahini)
- 4)
Bake for 30-40 min or until puffed, golden and the toothpick comes out clean.
- 5)
Invert onto rack to cool completely.
