Continue ReadingThe quickest, yummiest, crunchiest cucumber salad that was initially posted by @logansfewd and that quickly went viral. No wonder! Feel free to be creative and use anything you have at home from sesame oil to tahini to soy sauce.I’ll be making it again in the future!

Continue ReadingWhat I love about this salad is that I always have the ingredients at home. Also, 2 extra steps in the preparation take it to another level: the crushing of the cucumbers (it allows the dressing to seep into and onto every side and crack of the cucumbers) AND the salting of the cucumbers (to release extra water and make them crunchier).I have made it twice in the past week and the dressing keeps nicely in the jar in the fridge ready to satisfy any cucumber salad craving!
