  • Crushed Cucumber Salad with Asian Inspired Dressing

    Crushed Cucumber Salad with Asian Inspired Dressing

    September 18, 2024pub

    What I love about this salad is that I always have the ingredients at home. Also, 2 extra steps in the preparation take it to another level: the crushing of the cucumbers (it allows the dressing to seep into and onto every side and crack of the cucumbers) AND the salting of the cucumbers (to release extra water and make them crunchier).I have made it twice in the past week and the dressing keeps nicely in the jar in the fridge ready to satisfy any cucumber salad craving!

And these came out just perfect, almost the same as Anas’s favorite store bought ones.You can make them with or without seed butter (avoid peanut butter at school). Both are absolutely delicious!This recipe made 16 walnut sized balls, you can make them a tiny bit smaller but the baking times needs to be adjusted. .post-type-image{display:none;}
