Can we all agree that not all trends are created equal? Some are actually useful and delicious_ such as this crispy rice! Transform any salad into a crunchy, exciting one simply by upscaling your leftover rice into little crispy, flavorful bites. I used nutritional yeast to add benefits and umami flavors (and because I had some at home!!). Otherwise all you need is some olive oil, dried herbs and an oven or air fryer. A great way to use your leftover rice.

I found a leftover piece of cabbage in the fridge, some toasted sesame seeds in the pantry, black pepper, toasted sesame oil and a garlic clove. And that’s it! You do get the most addictive, the quickest salad you can make!
