Continue ReadingIn this lazy cake recipe, I tweaked an older one (by my friend @joellerached) and I cannot tell you how amazing it turned out!! I used whatever biscuits I could find at home, starting with digestives (a must in my opinion) and added some butter biscuits and pretzels. The saltiness of the pretzels was such a nice contrast to the sweetness of the chocolate. Also I added some malt powder (my friend @sandyskitchen’s genius idea!!) and it took this lazy cake to a different dimension. What i love about this type of desserts is that you can forget it in the freezer…

She uses cranberries but I used dark chocolate chips instead . She also uses peanuts, I used cashew nuts but I am sure you can use whatever nut you have at home.

Continue ReadingThese delicious vegan lemon cookies are also gluten-free as they are made using only almond flour. They are super easy to make using store cupboard ingredients! I added some Greek mastic powder to the cookies and made the icing with normal sugar although the cookies are refined sugar free!

Continue ReadingCoconut macaroons, another super nostalgic dessert from my childhood. I created this recipe for my @cloudhoods collaboration using @nestledessertsarabia sweetened condensed milk. During my demo, I mentioned that this super easy dessert can be made with the kids and is an amazing idea as edible gifts, for teachers, neighbors, friends. You can use sweetened shredded coconut for a sweeter version, and drizzle with melted chocolate for a fancier one.

Continue ReadingTwo ingredients doughnuts! You will need 1 cup of self raising flour and 190grs of plain yogurt, mix them well! Deep fry at 180-190C, drain on kitchen towel then toss in caster sugar (with or without cinnamon). And THAT is it!watch out from oil splattering when frying!!! Warning: best eaten hot AND they are quite addictive! Serve with my salted caramel recipe
