After a couple of attempts, i found the ratio that worked best for me. And as i had vanilla yogurt at hand, i decided to roll these baby doughnuts in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. I also stuffed them with Lotus (spéculos) spread. They were very crunchy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside. I cant wait to try this recipe with a savory variation!
