My mom used to make this garlic-yogurt pasta with minced meat and pine nuts, and we always thought it was a special treat for us. Now, as a mom myself, I realise it was her treat to herself, something simple, delicious, and comforting on the days she was too tired for anything more complicated.Hot pasta, cold garlicky yogurt, warm beef, crunchy pine nuts… still one of my favourite quick dinners- that my kids still think is a treat!
