    Can we all agree that not all trends are created equal? Some are actually useful and delicious_ such as this crispy rice! Transform any salad into a crunchy, exciting one simply by upscaling your leftover rice into little crispy, flavorful bites. I used nutritional yeast to add benefits and umami flavors (and because I had some at home!!). Otherwise all you need is some olive oil, dried herbs and an oven or air fryer. A great way to use your leftover rice.
